FAM Tour Policies and Fees

  • Qualified Buyers are invited to participate in Showcase Familiarization (FAM) tours
  • All FAM participants must be registered Showcase delegates
  • Participants may select one pre-FAM tour and/or one post-FAM tour
  • The cost for each tour is $50.00 per person
  • The Missouri pre-FAM tours will depart Branson/Springfield, MO on Thursday, March 9, 2017
  • The pre-tours return to Branson on Saturday, March 11, 2017 prior to the theatre event
  • The Branson-Only FAM (A Star-Studded Event) will begin in Branson, MO  on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 4:30pm
  • The post-FAM tours will depart Branson on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 8:30am
  • The post-tours return to Branson on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 12:00pm
  • All FAM tours begin and end in Branson/Springfield
  • Tour itineraries are subject to change and availability. Seats on FAM tours are limited, so register early. If the tour you select is full, you will be notified.
  • Please make note of the arrival and departure date for each tour. This information is necessary to make appropriate travel plans. Times listed are Central Time (CT) and all tours will begin and end in Branson/Springfield, MO
  • There is a maximum of two people per company on one tour
  • Only tour operators keeping appointments at Showcase are eligible, no exceptions
  • Travel South USA reserves the right to cancel or terminate a delegate's participation in any event
  • The cost for each pre and post-FAM tour is $50.00. You may charge via credit card or submit one check for both Showcase and FAM tour fees
  • Cancellation policy: Full refund with written cancellation prior to December 16, 2016. 50% refund with written cancellation received between December 17, 2016 and January 25, 2017. There are no refunds after 5:00pm January 25, 2017. There are no exceptions.
