Travel South USA International Showcase is a boutique style conference designed exclusively for international travel trade and journalists. Our interactive marketplace featuring 3 full days of scheduled appointments, networking events and city tours allows journalists and suppliers the opportunity to meet face-to-face to build relationships to get new story ideas and latest news.


  • Invitations to apply for participate as a working press delegate will be sent to credentialed journalists by in-country rep. Registration invitation materials will outline the full benefits of participation as a journalist delegate and provide a detailed description of journalists' activities. While every effort will be made to accommodate working media requests to attend, space is limited.
  • All registration applications are processed on a "first-come, first-served" basis and subject to vetting from a third party. Applying online does not guarantee acceptance to Showcase 2021. If selected, you will be notified via email.

Registration Includes:
  • 1 day of product development site visits – City Tours
  • 1 day of PR development tours exclusively for journalists
  • 1 full days of Pre-Scheduled Appointment with state tourism offices and southern travel suppliers
  • Up to 4-nights' accommodations at the Hyatt New Orleans
  • All meals, social functions, events, city tours and activities included in official program
  • Fam trips are available on a first come, first served basis with limited availability
All Journalist delegates must have pre-scheduled appointments. Attendance is mandatory for all pre-scheduled appointments.

Please note this important registration information:
  • Day passes, event passes and partial registrations are not available in any category.
  • Attendees must be at least 21 years of age, an employee or contractor of the tourism organization and must receive income for services rendered and/or serve as a member of the organization's governing body.
  • Changes to the original registration must be submitted to Travel South International Showcase in writing; changes will not be accepted by phone.

Passes, Guests, Spouses and/or Partners

Travel South USA International Showcase is specifically designed for Journalists and Southern Travel Suppliers to conduct business and build relationship. Therefore, we do not offer day or event passes and we do not offer guest/ partner/spouse registrations. If anyone else in your organization wants to attend International Showcase, they need to be a registered delegate.


Cancellation policy: Full refund with written cancellation prior to Wednesday, October 6, 2021. There are no refunds after 5:00pm EST on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.
