Expect the Unexpected: Cowboys, Waterfalls, Wineries and Hidden Lakes
Georgia
You wouldn't expect to find a museum dedicated to cowboy and Indian art in Georgia, but that is what you'll discover in Cartersville at the Booth Western Art Museum. In the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, we'll wander to a waterfall or two including Amicalola Falls, the highest waterfall in Georgia. Wine accolades aren't limited to the well-known regions such as Tuscany and Napa. In fact, critics and wine-lovers alike are praising Georgia's wineries. You'll have the opportunity to exercise your own tasting prowess in North Georgia's wine country. To round out our trip, we'll slip away to play on and off the water in Lake Lanier, just 45 minutes north of Atlanta. Just one visit and you'll be hooked!
