Qualifications

Each year, more than 500 Suppliers, Buyers, Travel Service Providers and Journalists from thirty-seven (37) states and three (3) countries attend Travel South Showcase. Travel South USA anticipates another great gathering of delegates at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center in Biloxi, Mississipi along the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast in 20187. Showcase has a reputation of southern hospitality, where the atmosphere is relaxed and still conducive to business. This is an opportunity to meet one-on-one with potential clients for the coming year.

 

Advertising representatives will receive 10’ x 10’ booth space in the Domestic Marketing Village. This centerpiece of the Marketplace provides an opportunity to meet and conduct business in a relaxed environment. Each carpeted space includes a six (6) foot table, two (2) chairs and appropriate signage. Travel Service Providers may bring pop-ups, backdrops or table drapes provided these accessories fit into the allocated booth space. At an additional cost, electricity and internet is available through the Mississippi Coast Convention Center. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

The cost for booth space with one delegate is $1000.00. Travel Service Providers may add up to three (3) additional delegates at a cost of $395.00 per extra person, but may not exceed a maximum of four (4) delegates per company booth.

 

Due to the business nature of Showcase, spouse registrations are not provided.

Fees

Travel Service Provider Fees for 2018:
  • Booth with One Delegate - $1000
    (includes Marketplace Lounge booth) 
  • Additional Delegates - $395 each
    (maximum of 4 total delegates per company) 

Cancellation and Refunds 

Cancellation policy: Full refund with written cancellation prior to December 18, 2017. 50% refund with written cancellation received between December 19, 2017 and January 31, 2018. There are no refunds after 5:00pm January 31, 2018. There are no exceptions.
