Travel South USA Global Media Marketplace is designed specifically for international media.  You’ll have the chance to share your unique stories with journalists from Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Australia in one-on-one appointments as we create a stronger network of journalists, ambassadors, and influencers to tell our stories across the world.

Early Bird Pricing

  • $1,695 per person based on a Two Delegate Supplier POD
  • $2,595 – for a single Supplier POD

Standard Pricing*

  • $1,795 per person based on a Two Delegate Supplier POD
  • $2,695 – for a single Supplier POD

 All registration fees must be paid in full by 5:00 p.m., January 19, 2026. Non-payment may result in the forfeiture of booth space.

Appointments

Public Relations suppliers from across the Travel South USA region now have the rare opportunity to actually sit down and meet with international travel media from around the world. During our Media Marketplace, PR suppliers can promote their destination, event, or attraction during a full days of pre-scheduled appointments. Media Marketplace PODs

Our marketplace includes PODs featuring up to two southern public relations suppliers enabling international media to learn more about the uniqueness and specialties of that region of the south. PODS can feature destinations in a city, state or a specific travel itinerary. You may also read additional Marketplace information here. 


Transportation

If you are flying into Mobile, please be sure to arrange a pick-up from the airport to your hotel. 

Helpful Hints!

  • All Marketplace PODS have one (1) “Primary Delegate” that is responsible for registering and naming the POD
  • The “Primary Delegate” will then receive instructions to forward to POD Mates on how to register for your shared POD
  • Up to two additional delegates can register for this POD
  • Each POD partner can request an invoice or pay in full during the registration process

Travel South USA offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities to enhance the promotion of your destination, attraction, or event to Global Media Marketplace delegates. Name Changes

There is an additional charge of $50.00 for any name changes occurring after Friday, April 3, 2026.


Payment Information

  • Online registration with a credit card is preferred.
  • Payment must be in US funds.
  • For accounting purposes, Travel South USA’s Federal Tax ID number is 58-1031650

Please note this important registration information:

  • Day passes, event passes and partial registrations are not available in any category.
  • Pop-ups and tabletop exhibits, including table drapes, are Not Allowed. 
  • Attendees must be at least 21 years of age, an employee or contractor of the tourism organization, and must receive income for services rendered and/or serve as a member of the organization’s governing body.
  • Changes to the original registration must be submitted to Travel South Global Media Marketplace in writing; changes will not be accepted by phone.

Passes, Guests, Spouses, and/or Partners

Travel South USA Global Media Marketplace is specifically designed for international media and southern travel public relations suppliers to conduct business and build relationships. Therefore, we do not offer day or event passes and we do not offer guest/ partner/spouse registrations. If anyone else in your organization wants to attend Global Media Marketplace, they need to be a registered delegate.


Refunds

Cancellation policy: Full refund with written cancellation prior to Monday, January 19, 2026. 50% refund with written cancellation received between January 19 – March 11, 2026. There are no refunds after 5:00 pm EST on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
