  • Hotel Parking: The Hyatt Regency offers self parking for $25 USD daily* or on-site valet parking for $40 USD daily*

  • No-Shows, Extended Reservations, & Double Occupancy: Any International Buyer or U.S. Receptive Tour Operator who is a no-show on the date detailed on their registration will forfeit their registration and be charged one (1) night's room and tax at The Hyatt Regency. Delegates arriving prior to November 29, 2021 or departing after the morning of December 3, 2021 will be responsible for those charges, including room and tax.
  • Internet Access: In-room internet access is included in the price of your hotel room. Complimentary wireless internet access is also available in the lobby and all restaurant and bar areas.

 International Buyers

International Buyers and U.S. Receptive Tour Operators will be housed as guests of Travel South USA on the nights of November 29 - December 3, 2021 (4 nights total) at The Hyatt Regency. Travel South USA will pay for room and tax only. This is limited to one room per company. Buyers and Operators will be responsible for all other incidentals. Reservations will be processed through the Travel South USA office. Please refer to your My International Showcase page for hotel arrangements. 

Delegates arriving prior to November 29, 2021 or departing after the morning of Decemer 3, 2021 will be responsible for those charges, including room and tax.

International Buyers who do not show forfeit their registration and will be charged for ONE night of accommodation.
