International Buyers

International Buyers and U.S. Receptive Tour Operators will be housed as guests of Travel South USA on the nights of November 30 – December 4, 2025 (up to 5 nights total) at the Marriott Hotel.

You can make your hotel selection during the registration process. Travel South USA will pay for room and tax only. This is limited to one room per company. Buyers and Operators will be responsible for all other incidentals. Reservations will be processed through the Travel South USA office. Please refer to your My International Showcase page for hotel arrangements. 

Delegates arriving before November 30, 2025, or departing after the morning of December 5, 2025, will be responsible for those charges, including room and tax.

International Buyers who do not show forfeit their registration and will be charged for ONE night of accommodation.
