Journalist Program Overview

Travel South Showcase is an invitation-only media marketplace event.

Invitations to apply for participation as a travel trade journalist delegate will be sent to credentialed journalists in May 2026. Registration invitation materials will outline the full benefits of participation as a journalist delegate and provide a detailed description of journalists’ activities. While every effort will be made to accommodate working media requests to attend, space is limited.
All registration applications are processed on a “first-come, first-served” basis and subject to vetting from a third party. Applying online does not guarantee acceptance to International Showcase 2026. If selected, you will be notified via email.
