Travel Service Providers
Travel Service Providers are cordially invited to participate and promote their products or services to our International Showcase delegates. This year, we are excited to introduce a new opportunity: Travel Service Providers can now have an appointment book to schedule meetings with Suppliers. You must have an exhibit booth at International Showcase to take advantage of this opportunity.
Travel Service Provider Registration* Fee:
- First Delegate – $3,500 (includes 10′ x 10′ exhibit booth in Global Marketing Village)
- Additional Non-Appointment Delegates – $750 each (maximum of 4 total delegates per booth)*Subject to availability
Registration Includes:
- Travel Service Provider Booth (booth area is carpeted and includes a six (6) foot table, two (2) chairs, and appropriate signage. Travel Service Providers may bring pop-ups, backdrops or table drapes provided these accessories fit into the allocated booth space. Audio/Visual Equipment, Electricity, Internet Connectivity, Additional Furnishings, Floral, Food and Beverage services are available through the Signia Hotel at an additional fee.)
- Access to appointment requests with Supplier Delegates (DMO’s, attractions, accommodations, restaurants)
- A specific number of appointments is not guaranteed
- Online International Operator and US Receptive Buyer Directory and Profiles
- Discounted rates at the Signia by Hilton
- All meals, social functions, events, city tours, and activities included in the official program
Travel Service Provider Criteria:
Bedbanks
- US-based organizations with a focus on international inbound USA travelers
- Wholesale provider of accommodations selling to a combination of OTA’s travel agents, destination management companies, airlines, and tour operators.
- The organization conducts business to business transactions
Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
- US-based or international-based organizations with a focus on international inbound USA travelers
- The primary product should be offering a combination of hotels, attractions, transportation, etc
- The organization must be in business for a minimum of three years and provide three current US Supplier references
Marketing and Technology Providers
- Marketing and technology providers can promote their products, services, and solutions to their clients—International Showcase Suppliers and Buyers—through face-to-face appointments and networking events.

Payment Information
- Online registration with a credit card is preferred.
- Payment must be in US funds; only one payment per company.
- For accounting purposes, Travel South USA’s Federal Tax ID number is 58-1031650
Please note this important registration information:
- Day passes, event passes and partial registrations are not available in any category.
- Feature multiple Travel South USA destinations or regions
- All attendees must be at least 21 years of age, an employee or contractor of the member organization, and must receive income for his/her service and/or serve as a member of the organization’s governing body.
- Changes to the original registration must be submitted to Travel South International Showcase in writing; changes will not be accepted by phone.
