Elevated Journey’s – Your Passport to the South campaign reached a milestone this month. The global campaign launched in October 2024, featuring 14 state and champion city DMOs leveraging the newly upgraded Vacaay platform in Australia/ New Zealand, Canada, & the UK. Thus far, the campaign has delivered unparalleled engagement (on average 140% of target engagement KPIs and well over the minimum 500K set as target), connecting millions of travelers with the cultural and geographical richness of the Southern states. With high-impact content, advanced itinerary-building tools, and GPS-enabled interactive maps, users explored destinations through visually stunning, informative, and user-friendly interfaces. This initiative amplified awareness of Southern destinations and will now drive conversions through targeted retargeting campaigns and first-party data insights, showcasing the collaborative success of an inspire and convert strategy that Vacaay delivers.

A robust onsite and offsite retargeting program will be launched in the coming weeks, targeting the high-quality users this campaign has reached. The campaign will aim to deliver short-term bookings and long-term growth for participating destinations.
