Holidays on the Farm Bring Mazes, Frights & Enchanted Nights

In Mississippi, farms have been a way of life and passed down through families for generations. From cotton and corn to soybeans and sweet potatoes, our state’s acres of scenic farmlands can be seen from slow country roads and busy highways alike. But as the hot days of summer turn to fall, local farms take on yet another, some might say magical, role – a wholesome place for family fun October through December.

If you’re looking to enjoy the great outdoors when the leaves first begin to change color and the temperature starts to drop, then a visit to some of these fall-centric farms is a must.
