Malcolm’s expertise speaks for itself. He doubled IPW revenues, secured premier sponsorships and partnerships for U.S. Travel, and boosted sales through strategic reorganization of hospitality sales teams. An industry leader, he served on prestigious boards including International Inbound Travel Association, HSMAI, and Greater Seattle Business Association. He is also the recipient of the Stanley J. Fisher Award for Travel Professional of the Year.
Malcolm graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University and then went on to earn an MA in International Relations from St. Mary’s University, in San Antonio.
