TSUSA Health & Safety Protocols
Our Guest Commitment
The Travel South USA region embodies southern hospitality and when we invite you to be our guest, we take it seriously.Safety & Protocol Program for International Showcase Delegates
Proof of Vaccination OR Negative Test Required
Travel South USA International Showcase will require all delegates to show proof of WHO-approved vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR/antigen test, administered by a medical professional and taken within 72 hours of check-in at the hotel (NOT both). We have contracted with CLEAR Health Pass to provide this easy-to-use, hassle-free service to all delegates. In addition to the Health Pass Digital Vaccine Card, we will accept the original or a copy of your vaccination card (be sure you have a copy of both the front and back of the card) or a digital copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR/antigen test taken in the past 72 hours. We strongly encourage our international visitors to bring their original vaccination card with them.
We STRONGLY encourage all delegates to upload their documentation PRIOR to their departure to/arrival in New Orleans. This will help to ensure event staff can review and validate your document prior to your check-in at registration. If you do not upload your document prior to your arrival at International Showcase, you may encounter significant delays as our team will need to wait for your document to be validated by CLEAR Health Pass before you are admitted to the event. Should you encounter any issues, please contact our team.
Note: Travel South USA will be following CDC guidance for when an individual is considered fully vaccinated. You will be considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the second dose of a 2-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine. If you have been vaccinated within two weeks of the show, you will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test for admission.

Safety & Protocol Program for International Operators
As our international guest, your safety is important to us! We promise you the following:
- Health Insurance: If travel medical insurance is not available directly from the company in the origin country, we will provide Travel Medical Insurance for the USA (via Trawick International). The cost will be covered by Travel South USA.
- Local COVID-19 Testing: Should you need a COVID-19 PCR test anytime during your stay in New Orleans, we will assist with local testing sites and transportation.
- Covid Care Support: While our goal is to ensure that none of our guests become ill, we will be prepared to assist should quarantine be necessary. For our guests who test positive with non-symptomatic or mild symptoms, we will provide up to 10 days of accommodations and "angel care" services for food and errands. Of course, this would be complimentary as our guest.
