Editorial Media delegates will be housed as guests of Travel South USA on the nights of March 8, 9 & 10 at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. Travel South USA will pay for room and tax only. Journalist delegates will be responsible for all other incidentals. Reservations will be processed through the Travel South USA office. Please refer to your "My Domestic Showcase" link for hotel assignment and confirmation. 

Delegates arriving prior to March 8, 2020 or departing after the morning of March 11, 2020 will be responsible for all charges, including room and tax.

Journalist delegates who no-show forfeit their registration and will be charged for ONE night of accommodation.
